TAKE NOTICE that the Trumbull County Board of Health has determined that the structures on the above properties are Unfit for Human Habitation, and the Board of Trustees of Newton Township has determined that the structures are unsafe and a nuisance and MUST BE DEMOLISHED pursuant to Ohio Revised Code $505.86.

 

Unless within 20 days of this notice you request a hearing, the Board will abate these nuisances by having the structures demolished and the debris removed, and the costs certified to the County Auditor to be placed as a lien against the real property.
