The Board of Zoning Appeals of Newton Township, Trumbull County, Ohio, gives notice that the following Public Hearing will be held at its meeting on the 4th day of June, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Newton Township Administration Building, 4410 Newton Falls-Bailey Road, Newton Falls, Ohio 44444:
1). On the Appeal for an Area Variance on the following property:

[Request to appeal for variance from Newton Township Zoning Resolution Section 5.1 , line 4, “Utility buildings must be constructed at the rear of a dwelling.” There is no existing dwelling on the property. The property owner requests to build an accessory building prior to a dwelling].
