LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a second public hearing will be held before the Newton Township Board of Trustees on March 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a text amendment to the Newton Township Zoning Resolution as recommended by the Newton Township Zoning Commission addressing Portable Storage Units (renamed as Shipping/Cargo Containers). The hearing will be held at the Newton Township Administration Building, 4410 Newton Falls-Bailey Road, Newton Falls, OH 44444. Interested persons may attend and present testimony. Text submitted for the proposed amendment will be posted on the Newton Township website as an announcement at www.newtontwptc.org. Text may also be requested by emailing smontgomery@newtontwptc.org.
