The BZA is a quasi-judicial board of five members with the purpose of hearing and ruling on appeals that do not fit the scope of the current Zoning Resolution.

The Township Zoning Commission consists of five residents appointed by the trustees. The Zoning Commission meets as needed for the purpose of developing and maintaining a plan regulating land use within the unincorporated areas of the township.
